Sample -Ewing Development Area <br />(1) continued... <br />scheduled meeting of the Redevelopment <br />Commission is on April 4, 2003. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Kahn, seconded by <br />Mr. Blake and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission decided to delay any decision <br />on the two proposals submitted until the <br />next public meeting on April 4, 2003. (Bell <br />Parts Supply, Inc. and Ziolkowski <br />Construction, Inc.) <br />6. NEW BUSINESS <br />A. South Bend Central Development Area <br />() approval Commission requested for <br />Resolution No. 1964 approving the fair <br />re -use value of property in the South <br />Bend Central Development Area. (401 E. <br />Monroe Street, former Key Bank Drive - <br />Thru) <br />Mr. Mathia reported that Resolution <br />No. 1964 sets the fair re -use value for the <br />property referred to as the former Key Bank <br />Drive Thru located at 401 E. Monroe Street. <br />The property is located on the northeast <br />corner of Monroe and Columbia Streets in <br />the River Glen Office Park and is within the <br />South Bend Central Development Area. The <br />area of the property is approximately <br />1. 12 acres. The minimum re -use value is <br />$275,500 and the proposed re -use is <br />improved parking lot in the short/medium <br />term and Office/Professional use for the <br />L <br />COMMISSION DECIDED TO DELAY ANY DECISION <br />ON THE TWO PROPOSALS SUBMITTED UNTIL THE <br />NEXT PUBLIC MEETING ON APRIL 4, 2003. (BELL <br />PARTS SUPPLY, INC. AND ZIOLKOWSKI <br />CONSTRUCTION, INC.) <br />
