South Bend Central Development Area <br />(1) continued... <br />River Glen Office Park over the long term. <br />Staff recommends approval of Resolution <br />No. 1964. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Kahn, seconded by <br />Mr. Blake and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved Resolution No. 1964 <br />approving the fair re -use value of property in <br />the South Bend Central Development Area. <br />(401 E. Monroe Street, Former Key Bank <br />Drive -Thru) <br />(2) Commission approval requested for Bid <br />Specifications and Design Considerations <br />for property in the South Bend Central <br />Development Area. Monroe <br />Street, Former Key Bank Drive -Thru) <br />Mr. Mathia reported on the Bid <br />Specifications and Design Considerations to <br />be included in the Bid Packet for disposition <br />of the Former Key Bank Drive Thru located <br />at 401 E. Monroe Street in the South Bend <br />Central Development Area.
