They are <br />looking at four to six months construction <br />time. The projected time frame to start <br />construction on this site is within five years. <br />Mr. Faccenda asked what size building was <br />proposed. <br />Mr. Hambling replied approximately <br />12,500 sq ft. and again the time line would <br />be four to five years. <br />Ms. Greene noted for the record that the <br />proposal submitted by Ziolkowski <br />Construction, Inc. includes all of the proper <br />documents. The signed Proposal Form, the <br />Statement of Qualifications and Financial <br />Responsibility, the Affidavit of Non - <br />Collusion, and a Statement For Public <br />Disclosure, in addition to a development <br />narrative of the project. <br />Ms. Greene reminded the Commission that <br />in terms of disposing of property which is <br />governed by I.C. 36- 7- 14 -22, the <br />Commission may take into consideration the <br />following factors: <br />P.
