South Bend Central Development Area <br />(3) continued... <br />Mr. Mathia asked that the Commission <br />authorize publication of the Notice for <br />Disposition of Land for the former Key <br />Bank Drive Thru property located at 401 E. <br />Monroe Street in the South Bend Central <br />Development Area in the South Bend <br />Tribune and the Tri County News. The <br />notices will be published on March 28 and <br />April 4, 2003 with Receipt of Bids on April <br />18, 2003 at 10:00 a.m. in each paper. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Kahn, seconded by <br />Mr. Blake and unanimously carried the <br />Commission authorized the request to <br />publish the Notice for Disposition of Land <br />with publication dates of March 28, 2003 <br />and April 4, 2003 and Receipt of Bids at <br />10:00 a.m. on April 18, 2003. (401 E. <br />Monroe Street, Former Key Bank Drive - <br />Thru) <br />(4) Commission approval requested for <br />proposal for demolition services in the <br />South Bend Central Development Area. <br />(416 S. Main Street, Franny's Restaurant) <br />Mr. Williams reported that two proposals <br />were requested for the demolition of 416 S. <br />Main Street, also known as Franny's <br />Restaurant.
