South Bend Central Development Area <br />(6) continued... <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Jones, seconded by <br />Mr. Blake and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission authorized reimbursement for <br />property management fees paid inadvertently <br />for property located in the South Bend <br />Central Development Area. (401 E. <br />Monroe, Key Bank Drive Thru) <br />(7) Staff report on acquisition of property in <br />the South Bend Central Development <br />Area. (Sycamore Street Properties) <br />Mr. Rock requested that item 6.A.7. be <br />tabled. There were no objections and the <br />Commission tabled item 6.A.7. <br />(8) Commission approval requested for <br />proposal for professional services in the <br />South Bend Central Development Area. <br />(CAD work & Legal Descriptions for new <br />expansion area) <br />Mr. Mathia reported that consideration is <br />being given to expanding the South Bend <br />Central Development Area. Lang, Feeney <br />and Associates, Inc. has submitted a <br />proposal for professional services to prepare <br />the required legal descriptions and CAD <br />maps of the proposed expansion area and the <br />revised South Bend Central Development <br />Area. Lang, Feeney and Associates, Inc. <br />completed the legal descriptions and maps <br />for the previous expansion, and have the <br />files and background information necessary <br />to complete the proposed work <br />expeditiously.
