Sample -Ewing Development Area <br />(1) continued.... <br />► The maintenance building has been <br />turned 90 degrees and is now located at <br />the south end of the site. <br />► The Commission will assume the <br />following obligations: <br />• Interior demolition of fixtures within <br />the boilerhouse. All boilers, <br />conveyors, catwalks, non - structural <br />framing and coal hoppers will be <br />removed. <br />• The floor will be rough leveled, <br />repaired, and concrete pads removed. <br />• All interior floor penetrations will be <br />IL in- filled— including all of those to <br />the basement. No interior access to <br />the basement will remain. <br />• The existing built -up roof membrane <br />will be removed down to the existing <br />roof deck. The roof deck will be <br />repaired/ replaced as necessary and a <br />new membrane roof will be installed. <br />Drain lines will be inspected and <br />repaired/replaced as necessary to <br />make them operational. <br />• Masonry repair will be done as <br />necessary. This will include tuck <br />pointing of mortar joints, rebuilding <br />of certain parapet sections, brick <br />replacement as needed, applying of <br />mortar wash on top of corbelled <br />brick, repair and replacement of <br />concrete accents, removal of metal <br />embedment (including the coal chute <br />and Building 14 attachment hardware <br />27 <br />
