Michaels, MAI. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Jones, seconded by <br />Mr. Kahn and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the request for <br />professional services in the South Bend <br />Central Development Area and authorized <br />staff to retain R. E. Pitts & Associates, Inc. <br />and Jerome E. Michaels, MAI based on the <br />scope of services and fee proposed. <br />(Appraisal services at 209 E. Colfax, former <br />ce, Rink Riverside Printing Building, & vacant <br />lot to the south) <br />(4) Commission approval requested for <br />proposal for professional services in the <br />South Bend Central Development Area. <br />(Title searches for 209 E. Colfax, former <br />Rink Riverside Printing Building, & <br />vacant lot to the south) <br />Mr. Williams reported the title searches are <br />in preparation for possible acquisition of <br />two (2) parcels of property in the South <br />Bend Central Development Area. Staff <br />received one (1) bid in the amount of $200 <br />from Meridian Title Corporation. This bid <br />includes both parcels.
