South Bend Central Development Area <br />(4) continued... <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Kahn, seconded by <br />Mr. Blake and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the request for <br />professional services in the South Bend <br />Central Development Area and authorized <br />staff to retain Meridian Title Corporation <br />based on the scope of services and fee <br />proposed. (Title searches for 209 E. Colfax, <br />former Rink Riverside Printing Building, & <br />vacant lot to the south) <br />(5) Commission approval requested for <br />proposal for demolition services for <br />property located at 420 S. Main Street in <br />the South Bend Central Development <br />Area. (Blessing's Music Store) <br />Mr. Williams reported that three (3) <br />proposals were received for demolition <br />services for property located in the South <br />Bend Central Development Area. The <br />proposals are as follows: <br />Bradberry Brothers, Inc. $11,616 <br />Ritschard Bros., Inc. $ 9,196 <br />Warner & Sons $ 9,095 <br />Staff recommends accepting the proposal <br />from Warner & Sons in the amount of <br />$9,095. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Jones, seconded by <br />Mr. Blake and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved a request for <br />demolition services in the South Bend <br />Central Development Area and authorized <br />staff to retain Warner & Sons based on the <br />scope of services and fee proposed. <br />(Blessing's Music Store, 420 S.
