This is required prior to writing <br />demolition specs for any of these buildings. <br />13. Finalizing Remediation Work Plan for Area A <br />Soils and Area C Soils - Indiana Voluntary <br />Remediation Program. Should submit to IDEM <br />in early 2004. <br />14. Developing recommendations for institutional <br />controls as part of remediation strategy for <br />Studebaker /Oliver project area. A groundwater <br />ordinance has been drafted and is being revised <br />based on comments from City staff. It will be <br />submitted to IDEM's attorney in early 2004 for <br />his comments. <br />15. Working with Notre Dame Asst. Prof. Jessic <br />Chalmers on "Avanti" play. Play will be <br />presented in late 2004 or 2005 at a location in the <br />project area. <br />16. Continued negotiations with potential users of <br />the Oliver Industrial Park. <br />17. Put land in Oliver Industrial Park up for bid in <br />Spring 2003. Received two bids (Rose Fuel & <br />Materials & Hill truck Sales) and a letter of <br />interest (Underground Pipe & Valve). <br />18. Worked with Oliver Museum Group on <br />determining location for Oliver Museum. <br />Helped them decide on site adjacent to Northern <br />Indiana Center for History. <br />19. Worked with other department staff and city <br />engineering staff on new alignment of United <br />Drive. <br />20. Worked with other staff to resolve issues related <br />to expansion of United Beverage. <br />21. Worked with environmental attorneys to search <br />for insurance documentation in archives in order <br />to pursue insurance recovery as a funding source. <br />-5- <br />
