Michaels, MAI $1,750 <br />Farrington Appraisals, Inc. $1,800 <br />Staff recommends accepting both proposals. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Hunt, seconded by <br />Mr. Kahn and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the request for <br />professional services in the South Side <br />Development Area and authorized staff to <br />retain Jerome E. Michaels and Farrington <br />Appraisals, Inc. based on the scope of <br />services and fee proposed. <br />(3) Commission approval requested for <br />proposal for professional services in the <br />South Side Development Area. (Title <br />work, 4201 South Main Street) <br />Mr. Schalliol reported that a proposal was <br />submitted by Meridian Title Corporation in <br />the amount of $100 to complete a title <br />search for property located at 4201 South <br />Main Street in the South Side Development <br />Area. The property is proposed for <br />acquisition as part of the creation of a new <br />street system connecting Michigan Street, <br />Main Street and Lafayette Street as detailed <br />in the master planning documentation <br />proposed for the Erskine Hills Shopping <br />District. Staff recommends accepting the <br />proposal from Meridian Title Corporation. <br />L 13 <br />COMMISSION APPROVED THE REQUEST FOR <br />PROFESSIONAL SERVICES IN THE SOUTH SIDE <br />DEVELOPMENT AREA AND AUTHORIZED STAFF <br />TO RETAIN JEROME E.
