South Side Development Area <br />(1) continued... <br />parcel is located at 4201 South Main Street <br />and contains three (3) buildings, a single <br />family structure and two industrial out <br />buildings. The acquisition of the parcel is <br />necessary to facilitate infrastructure <br />improvements within the Erskine Hills <br />Shopping District. Staff requests approval <br />to file Resolution No. 2059 and to set a <br />public hearing for Friday, June 18, 2004 at <br />10:00 a.m. at a Regular Meeting of the <br />Redevelopment Commission. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Kahn, seconded by <br />Mr. Hunt and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission accepted for filing Resolution <br />No. 2059 and set a public hearing on <br />Resolution No. 2059 for 10:00 a.m., <br />June 18, 2004 at a Regular Meeting of the <br />Redevelopment Commission. <br />(2) Commission approval requested for <br />proposal for professional services in the <br />South Side Development Area. (Appraisal <br />services, 4201 South Main Street) <br />Mr. Schalliol reported that two proposals <br />were requested to complete commercial <br />appraisals for property located at 4201 South <br />Main Street in the South Side Development <br />Area. The property is proposed for <br />acquisition as part of the creation of a new <br />street system connecting Michigan Street, <br />Main Street and Lafayette Street as detailed <br />in the master planning documentation <br />proposed for the Erskine Hills Shopping <br />District.
