South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting — March 4, 2005 <br />5. OLD BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />A. South Bend Central Development Area <br />(1) continued... <br />and Mr. Richard Coleman to advise them that <br />there was no prejudice to the Commission's <br />consideration of their bid by merit of the fact <br />that the bid was not referenced at the public <br />meeting. She advised Mr. Ellis and Mr. <br />Coleman that their bid would be considered <br />along with the other two bids which had been <br />referenced at the previous meeting. <br />Ms. Greene confirmed that the bid had been <br />received timely at the Department of <br />Redevelopment as required in the bid <br />offering, but the bid had not been delivered <br />to the Commission Meeting due to <br />misrouting. The provisions of the bid call -in <br />require that the bid be delivered to the offices <br />of Community and Economic Development <br />by the call -in date and the bid, in fact, was so <br />delivered. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. King, seconded by <br />Mr. Downes and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission acknowledged and placed in the <br />record a bid from Mr. Tim Ellis and <br />Mr. Richard Coleman which was deemed to <br />be received in the office of Community and <br />Economic Development on time and in <br />proper form. <br />c4 <br />COMMISSION ACKNOWLEDGED AND PLACED IN <br />THE RECORD A BID FROM MR. TIM ELLIS AND <br />MR. RICHARD COLEMAN WHICH WAS DEEMED <br />TO BE RECEIVED IN THE OFFICE OF COMMUNITY <br />AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ON TIME AND IN <br />PROPER FORM. <br />
