A G 14 South Bend Redevelopment Commission Regular Meeting — June 17, 2005 Commission approving the subsequent transfer of property located on Ireland Road to Anchor Acquisitions, Ltd. which is the developer of the Erskine Commons Project. The transfer to Anchor Acquisitions is for the sum of $123,500 which is consistent with the appraisals previously obtained for a determination of value of the property. Resolution No. 2175, which approves transfer of the property to the developer, is contingent upon the Board of Public Works taking action at its meeting of June 20, 2005. Upon a motion by Mr. King, seconded by Mr. Downes and unanimously carried, the Commission approved Resolution No. 2175 approving the transfer of property located in the South Side Development Area and authorizing execution of documents necessary to effect transfer contingent upon action by the South Bend Board of Public Works at its June 20, 2005 meeting. (Fire Station Property) H. Northeast Neighborhood Development Area There was no business in the Northeast Neighborhood Development Area. I. Other There was no Other business. 7. PROGRESS REPORTS COMMISSION APPROVED RESOLUTION NO. 2175 APPROVING THE TRANSFER OF PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE SOUTH SIDE DEVELOPMENT AREA AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF DOCUMENTS NECESSARY TO EFFECT TRANSFER CONTINGENT UPON ACTION BY THE SOUTH BEND BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS AT ITS JUNE 20, 2005 MEETING. (FIRE STATION PROPERTY THERE WAS NO BUSINESS IN THE NORTHEAST NEIGHBORHOOD DEVELOPMENT AREA. THERE WAS NO OTHER BUSINESS. Mr. Laurent reported that the process is underway for PROGRESS REPORTS the Studebaker Area A Demolition Phase I Project. The project is the demolition of the stamping plant which is 1.5 million square feet, located on forty (40) acres owned by the Commission at the intersection of Franklin and Broadway. The Board of Public Works will solicit bids for the demolition project June 24, 2005.
