The meeting proceeded with Mr. Littrell and Mr. Inks present. RECESS AND RECONVENE Mr. Inks made a motion to recess the meeting at 10:19 a.m., and reconvene at 10:30 a.m. for the opening of bids. Mr. Littrell seconded the motion and the members took a recess until 10:30 a.m., when the meeting was reconvened.
