Airport Economic Development Area <br />(1) Commission approval requested for <br />proposal for professional services ire the <br />Airport Economic Development ent Area. <br />(Title work, 1624 and 1630 Maplewood) <br />Mr. Witwer noted that 1624 and 1630 <br />Maplewood were added to the Airport <br />Economic Development Area acquisition list <br />following g a public hearing at the beginning <br />of the meeting. Meridian Title Co. has <br />submitted a proposal to complete title work <br />on the two properties for a cost of $300. <br />Staff recommends accepting the proposal. <br />Upon. a motion by Mr.. o nes, seconded by <br />Mr. Blake and. unanimously cam'ed, the <br />Commission approved the request for <br />proposal and accepted the proposal from <br />Meridian Title Co. for the scope of services <br />and fee proposed. <br />D. West Washington-Chapin Developr ent Area <br />(1) Quarterly report by South Bend Heritage <br />Foundation on progress at the Engman <br />Natatorium. <br />Ms. Charlotte Sobel of South Bead Heritage <br />Foundation gave the progress report on the <br />Engman Natatorium. The new back portion <br />of the building is completely etely sheathed.
