The retail will be more <br />neighborhood retail than ballpark retail. <br />Mr. eczl owski : The Granger church has <br />already taken a little chunk in that section. <br />Its use is non - profit, not retail. Your plan is <br />going to have to deal with an investment that <br />has already been made. If the neighborhood <br />is going to reflect the services provided by <br />the operation, where exactly are you going to <br />get retailers who are interested in locating in <br />
