Its entrance is at the <br />outfield, which provides a nice area for <br />picnics, a children's area, etc. Across from <br />the entrance are the government center, <br />parking garages, and parrs. <br />Mr. Downes asked what the timeline is. Mr. <br />challiol responded that the master plan will <br />tape about -8 weeps, beginning early <br />November. we would try to purchase the <br />Gates property by the end of the year. Gates <br />won't be moving to the south side until <br />spring or early summer. we wouldn't be in <br />the position to begin any demolition of the <br />Gates property until late 2008 or early 2009. <br />22 <br />
