Because of the <br />sweeping nature of the curve, there will be <br />some remainder parcels. This agreement <br />docsn't call for an. i.nu- nedxate transfer of the <br />properties. The document today anticipates <br />that once those final designs are done and the <br />re mainder parcels are identified, then they <br />would be conveyed. <br />Mr. 'Pee l owsl 1 asked. . if 4201 doesn't fit into <br />the plan, whether we rnight be ceding a full. <br />property to Caroline Partners. Mr. Inks <br />responded that we didn't acquire any <br />properties that weren't needed significantly <br />for the rl.ght -o -way for this project. But as <br />the crossover cuts tl rougli them it creates <br />unusable portions of property. The only use <br />is to the adjoining landowner. Mr. inks responded that it would <br />not. We're going purchasing any further <br />south than 4309 or 4336`0. 4223 sits close <br />to the heart of what we've acquired, so there <br />will be some remainder.
