St., sweeping <br />around the Howard Park area over along the <br />riverbank side to Eddy St. Hopefully there <br />will be consensus on the vision for East Bank <br />development. Then the Redevelopment <br />Commission will have a comprehensive plan <br />that it can use as a guide as it loops at <br />potential investment in support of <br />development acti.vibes on the East Bank. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded by <br />Mr. Ding and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the contract with JJ , <br />LLC for East Bank planning. <br />I. Airport Economic Development Area <br />1 Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 2366 approving and <br />accepting a counter offer for the <br />acquisition of property in the Airport <br />Economic Development Area. (1633 <br />Knoblock) <br />Mr. witwer noted that the Commission sent a <br />purchase offer for this property. .A counter <br />offer has been received in the amount of <br />$65,500. The property owners had the i.r own <br />appraisal done which valued the property at <br />$65,500.
