E. Sample <br />Street in the South .fiend Central <br />Development Area. <br />(2) Staff report on disposition of property in <br />the South Bend Central Development <br />Area. (former Enzyme Research property) <br />Mr. Schalliol read the letter of interest from <br />Wight man Petrie Environmental into the <br />record. <br />Dear Redevelopment Commission Members <br />Wightman Petrie Incorporated requests <br />approval by the board to negotiate with the <br />Redevelopment Commission staff for the <br />purchase of the above referenced property. <br />Over the past several months we have had <br />serious interest in this property to the extent <br />that we have visited the property with staff on <br />u couple of occasions. During those visits we <br />have made an attempt to evaluate the <br />property for conversion to our use as a <br />professional services office building.
