(formerArt Mosaic Tile) <br />Mr. Schalliol reported that the proposal from <br />Jen*d Enterpr'ses LLC (William Arksorus, <br />signatory). The amount bid for the property <br />was $62, 100, wh1ch was the minimum <br />offering price. The use proposed is as the <br />headquarters and business office for a local <br />taxicab company. The use, therefore, <br />conforms to the bid specifications. The <br />performance guarantee submitted of $6,300 <br />exceeds the 10% required. Staff is pleased to <br />have this offer for property it expected to <br />have to demolish and sell for $1.00.
