South Bend Redevelopment Commission Regular Meeting —June 28, 2011 Mr. Schalliol noted that Resolution No. 2909 adds the Erskine Detention Pond Reconstruction - Construction Management — Supplement # 1 to the Master Agency Agreement. The amendment includes a professional services proposal from Christopher B Burke Engineering, Ltd., to provide project close -out construction management and job site review for the Erskine Detention Pond Reconstruction. Christopher B Burke Engineering served as the project engineer for this project and the hiring of their firm for construction oversight will provide necessary continuity during the construction and close -out process. Staff requests approval of Resolution No. 2909. Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded by Mr. Varner and unanimously carried, the Commission approved Resolution No. 2909 approving and authorizing the execution of an amendment to the Addendum to the Master Agency Agreement for Erskine Detention Pond Reconstruction — Construction Management Supplement # 1. F. Northeast Neighborhood Development Area There was no business in the Northeast Neighborhood Development Area. G. Douglas Road Economic Development Area (1) Resolution No. 2903 approving and authorizing the execution of an Addendum to the Master Agency Agreement (SR 23 and Douglas Added Right Turn Lane — Engineering).
