(such events include but are not limited to, hirin� an en�ineer, <br /> completin��preliminary and final plans executin� contracts for <br /> major components commencin� and completin� construction, and <br /> be i�ing and conductin�routine operation); <br /> b. No increment referred to above shall exceed nine (9) <br /> months; <br /> � c. The User shall submit a�ro reg_ss re�ort to the Director no <br /> later than fourteen (14�ays following each date in the schedule <br /> and the final date of compliance including, at a minimum, whether <br /> or not the user complied with the increment of progress, the reason <br /> for an,y delay and if appronriate, the steps bein , taken by the User <br /> to return to the established schedule; and <br /> d. In no event shall more than nine (9) months elapse between <br /> such pro�ress reports to the Director. <br /> (3) Reports on Compliance with Categorical Pretreatment Standard <br /> Deadline. <br /> Within ninet��90) days followin� the date for final compliance <br /> with applicable cate�orical Pretreatment Standards, or in the case of a New <br /> Source followin� commencement of the introduction of wastewater into <br /> the POTW, a� User subject to such Pretreatment Standards and <br /> ReQUirements shall submit to the Director a report containing the <br /> information described in Subsection (0)�1)(a)(v) ("Measurement of <br /> Pollutants") of this Section 17-10. For Users subject to equivalent mass or <br /> concentration limits established in accordance with the procedures in <br /> Section 17-8(d) of this Division, this report shall contain a reasonable <br /> measure of the User's lon�-term production rate. For all other Users <br /> subject to cate�orical Pretreatment Standards expressed in terms of <br /> allowable pollutant dischar�e per unit of production (or other measure of <br /> �eration , this report shall include the User's actual production durin�he <br /> ��ropriate samplin�period. All compliance reports must be signed and <br /> certified in accordance with Subsection (p)(5)(al of this Section. All <br /> sampling will be done in conformance with Subsection (p)(2) "Sample <br /> collection" of this Section 17-10. <br /> (4) Periodic Compliance Reports <br /> a. An�permittee subject to a pretreatment standard set forth in <br /> this Division shall submit to the Director, twice per year, unless <br /> 48 <br />
