regulation and equalization; <br /> ii Requirements for the installation of pretreatment <br /> technology pollution control, or construction of <br /> ��ropriate containment devices desi�ned to reduce, <br /> eliminate or prevent the introduction of pollutants into the <br /> treatment works; <br /> iii Requirements for the development and <br /> implementation of spill control plans or other s ep cial <br /> conditions includin�mana�ement practices necessarv to <br /> adequatel�prevent accidental unanticipated, or nonroutine <br /> dischar e�s�, <br /> iv Development and implementation of waste <br /> minimization nlans to reduce the amount of pollutants <br /> dischar�ed to the POTW; <br /> � The unit char�e or schedule of User char�es and fees <br /> for the management of the wastewater discharged to the <br /> POTW; <br /> vi Requirements for installation and maintenance of <br /> inspection and samplin� facilities and equi�ment includin� <br /> flow measurement devices; <br /> vii A statement that com liance with the individual <br /> wastewater discharge �ermit does not relieve the permittee <br /> of responsibilitv for compliance with all applicable Federal <br /> and State Pretreatment Standards, includin� those which <br /> become effective during the term of the individual <br /> wastewater discharge permit; and <br /> viii Other conditions as deemed appropriate by the � <br /> Director to ensure compliance with this ordinance, and <br /> State and Federal laws, rules and re�ulations. <br /> �� Permit Appeals. <br /> � An administrative appeal from any terms of an individual wastewater <br /> dischar�e permit issued under this Section shall be made pursuant to <br /> Section 17-11(c) of this Division, but the effectiveness of the individual <br /> wastewater discharge permit shall not be sta e�_pendin� the <br /> administrative appeal. <br /> � Decisions by the Board not to reconsider an individual wastewater <br /> dischar�e permit, not to issue an individual wastewater dischar�permit, <br /> 39 <br />
