Each individual wastewater dischar�e permit will indicate a specific date <br /> u�on which it will expire. <br /> � An individual wastewater dischar�e permit shall include such <br /> conditions as are deemed reasonably necessar�y the Director to prevent <br /> Pass Through or Interference protect the quality of the water bodv <br /> receivin� the treatment plant's effluent �rotect worker health and safetv, <br /> facilitate slud e mana ement and disposal, and protect a�ainst dama�e to <br /> the POTW. <br /> a. Individual wastewater dischar�e permits must contain: <br /> � A statement that indicates the wastewater dischar�e <br /> permit issuance date, expiration date and effective date; <br /> ii A statement that the wastewater dischar�e permit is <br /> nontransferable without prior notification to the Cit� <br /> accordance with Subsection (n)(2) "Individual Wastewater <br /> Dischar�e Permit Cessation, Revocation, Transfer, <br /> Reissuance" of this Section 17-10, and provisions for <br /> furnishin� the new owner or operator with a copy of the <br /> existing wastewater dischar�e_permit; <br /> iii Effluent limits, including Best Mana�ement Practices, <br /> based on applicable Pretreatment Standards; <br /> iv Self monitorin ,g samplin�porting, notification, and <br /> record-keeping requirements. These requirements shall <br /> include an identification of pollutants (or Best Mana eg ment <br /> Practices) to be monitored, samplin� location, samplin� <br /> frequency and sample type based on Federal, State, and <br /> Local law. <br /> � A statement of applicable civil and criminal penalties <br /> for violation of Pretreatment Standards and Requirements, <br /> and anv applicable compliance schedule. Such schedule <br /> maY not extend the time for compliance beyond that <br /> required by a�plicable Federal, State, or Local law. <br /> vi Requirements to control Slu�Discharges. <br /> b. Individual wastewater discharge permits may contain, but <br /> need not be limited to, the following conditions: <br /> � Limits on the avera�e andlor maximum rate of <br /> dischar�e time of discharge and/or requirements for flow <br /> 38 <br />
