<br /> � A��rieved parties seekin�1udicial review of the final administrative
<br /> individual wastewater dischar�e permit decision must do so by filin� a
<br /> complaint with the St Joseph Count�Indiana Superior or Circuit Court.
<br /> � Permit Modi�cation.
<br /> The Board of Public Works may modifv a wastewater discharge permit
<br /> for�ood cause includingbut not limited to the followin�reasons:
<br /> � To incorporate any new or revised Federal State or local
<br /> Pretreatment Standards or Requirements;
<br /> � To address si�nificant alterations or additions to the User's operation,
<br /> processes or wastewater volume or character since the time of the
<br /> individual wastewater dischar�e permit issuance;
<br /> � A change in the POTW that requires either a temporarv or permanent
<br /> reduction or elimination of the authorized discharge;
<br /> (4� Information indicatin� that the permitted dischar�e poses a threat to
<br /> the Cit�s POTW Cit�personnel, or the receiving waters.
<br /> � Violation of any terms or conditions of the individual wastewater
<br /> dischar�e permit;
<br /> � Misrepresentations or failure to fully disclose all relevant facts in the
<br /> wastewater dischar�e permit application or in any required reportin�;
<br /> �7,� To correct typo�raphical or other errors in the individual wastewater
<br /> dischar�e permit; or
<br /> � To reflect a transfer of the facility ownership or operation to a new
<br /> owner or operator where rec�uested in accordance with Subsection (n)(2)
<br /> of this Section 17-10.
