ZONING AND ANNEXATION COMMITTEE <br />2006 Common Cauncid <br />The May S, 20Qb meeting of the Zoning and Annexation Committee was called to order <br />by its Member, Councilmember Karen L. White at 3:3Q p.m. in the Council Informal <br />Meeting Roam. <br />Absent were Councilmember's Kuspa, Kirsits and Dieter. <br />Persons in attendance were P.J. Thuringer, Area Plan Commission; Bernie Feeney <br />Bill No. 1S-Q6 -Rezone -Various Properties Near Bosch Corporation <br />P. J. Thuringer reported a favorable recommendation from the Area Plan Commission. <br />Substitute Bill accepted <br />Bernie b'eeney presented on behalf of the Bosch Corporation stating the rezone request <br />was to allow parking on assembled lots. <br />No recommendation due to the lack of a quorum. <br />There being no further business to come before the Committee, Councilmember White <br />adjourned the z:neeting at 3:39 p.m. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Cnuncilmember Karen L.
