UTILITIES COMMITTEE <br />2006 Cvrnmvn Council <br />The May 8, 2006 meeting of the Utilities Committee was called or order by its <br />Chairperson, Council Member Al "Buddy" Kirsits at 3:55 p.m. in the Council Informal <br />Meeting Room. <br />Persons in attendance included Councilmember Puzzello, and Citizen Member Gene <br />Pendle. <br />Absent -Councilmember Kuspa <br />Bill No 19-a6 Amend Code Chaucer 17,_Article 2, Division 5, Section i7-29 <br />Addressing authorization to enter into special. rate contracts for Sewer Service <br />Councilmember Kirsits made a motion that the public hearing on this bill be continued <br />until June 12, 2006 at the request of the petitioner. Councilmember Puzzello seconded <br />the motion.
