Annual Revie��� by the Common Council. <br /> (a) The Common Council shall, upon the receipt of the filing of the MBE/WBE <br /> Participation Report, refer the report to the Council's Personnel and Finance Committee for review. <br /> The Committee shall schedule a ineeting for discussion of the report with representatives of the City <br /> Administration, tlie Diversity Compliance Officer and the President and a Vice-President of the <br /> MBEfWBE Utilization Board. <br /> (b) The Personnel and Finance Committee shall review all other data required to be filed <br /> pursuant to this Chapter, including but not limited to *'�° u,,,N^^ T';R',+^ n���° ��tlie Department of <br /> Administration and Finance's training and outreach programs and their effectiveness with the St. <br /> Joseph Valley Building Trades Council and the Building and Construction Trades Local Unions of <br /> St. Joseph County. The Committee shall highlight areas which warrant amendment in the interest <br /> of improving the regulations set forth in this Chapter, and formally recommend those changes to the <br /> Common Council. <br />
