Planned scope of rep,,ur is the killing in of the sink hole with <br />flowable fill to grade. Stabilization of the hank outside the sink hole is not anticipated. For these reasons permits <br />are not anticipated <br />Uli&ids. <br />Utility in -pacts and coordination are not anticipated. <br />M6ntenance of Traffic: <br />A maintenance of traffic plan is not anticipated <br />Right -of -Way: <br />Right-ok-Wai, acquisition is not anticipated. <br />Geotechnical Investigation: <br />A Geotechnical Investigation is not anticipated. <br />East Race: <br />E%isling Condiliolly. <br />The existing shoreline near the East Race outlet to the St. Joseph Ri\,cr has eroded away. Undermining the <br />vegetated slope above, The existing fence on top of d-ie storm sewer outlet structure has been damaged and the <br />shoreline has been scoured away around the structure. There is a portion of the river bank immediately east of the <br />outlet structure that is experiencing slope failure. <br />Project Dt rraitiarr: <br />The project is needed to mountain die stability of the shoreline. Recommendations are as follows. <br />• Investigate [lie condition of the river bank immediately east of the outlet structure to determine extent of <br />failure. <br />• Investigate die condition of the vegetated bau-ik above the eroded shoreline to determine extent of damage <br />and appropriate repair measures. <br />• Coordinate with adjacent property owner for access during construction. <br />• Armor eroded bank that resides below OHANZi I with riprap.
