254 Board met in regular session at 7:45 P.11,2. Mr. Rice absent. 1 Rearing given on Improvement resolution No.310 for .grade, curb and walk on Pe �nsylvania Avenue from High Street to Miami Street. In the City of South Bend, Indiana. In the above matter no remonstrators appeared, and no remonstrances were filed. The Board therefore find in each and every case in said improvement that the benefits to the property and to the City of South Bend are equal t(; the estimated cost of said improvement, and the same are hereby tin all things ratified, confirmed and approved. Resolved further, that notices be published on the 22nd. day of May 1914 and on the 29th•., day of May,1914 in the South Bend Daily News -Times, stating that this Board gill receive bids for the construction of sail improvement up to 10:00 A.11. on the 9th.,- day of June,1914. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
