Board net in regular session at 10:00 A.M. All members present. ✓ Bond and contract( signed by Rankert & Eggleston as, principal and The Fidelity & Casualty Company of New York as sureties for the pavement on Pennsylvania Avenue, under Improvement Resolution No. 296 In the City of South „end, Indiana was approved by the Board. Bond and contract signed by C. H. De Frees as principal and American Surety Company of New York as sureties for pavement on 1st. alley west of Park Avenue under Improvement Resolution INTO. 300. In the City of South Bend, Indiana, was approved by the Board. Mot:on made by -Mr. Rice and seconded by Mr. Weber that the City agree ✓ to dismiss the suit now in court in regard to the lst. alley North of Madison Street, under Improvement Resolution No. 29F.10'13 at the cost of the City., and that the aforesaid improvement be rescinded. Communication received read and placed on file from Birdsell Mfg. Company in regard to their fence along the right of way of tiie Bowman Creek Trunk sewer. f The Bard ordered a Ten (10) day notice served on Stewart -Sheets Company. The Board instructed Mr. Lester Reyer to present a bill and statement of the amount of over paid assessments by 'aim on the- Corby Street, grade, curb and. walk the bill to be presented. to Willis A. Bugbee and Harry G. Smock and made payable to Lester Reyer. Petition Filed with the Board for a pipe sewer on Broadway Street from f Carroll Street to Bowman Creek Trunk sewer. The same was re&d and the Clerk was in- structed to prepare a resolution on same and set for hearing. Sanders and.
