All members present. <br />Hearing given on assessment roll and final.estimate for Pipe sewer on Kenwood <br />,S,enTz;Anthrs,i�r and Bertand Street from Meade Street to a point 40ft. East of McCartney Creek <br />-finder Improvement Resolution No. 232. In the City of South Bend, Indiana. <br />In.the above matter remonstrators appeared, but no written remonstrances were <br />filed. The Board therefore find that the property assessed in said roll filed January <br />2 7th. ,1�14 is benefited in the amount of assessments as shown on said rolls, sand the <br />Board further fend that the assessment roll Filed January 27th. ,1914 and the final estimate <br />allowed Manuary 27th.,1914. should be and the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed <br />and approved. <br />Bearing given on assessment roll and final estimate for pipe"sewer on Blaine <br />✓ Avenue from Van Buren Street to Quincy Street, under Improvement Resolution No. 292. The Board dQei ded to defer all action until Tuesday February 12.4th• ,1914 at 10-:00 A.M. <br />Poles recommended by the Pole and wire inspector and the hoard =approved of the <br />same, to Indiana & Michigan Elec. Company. <br />Permission to replace one pole on the southwest eorntr of Quincy and Cottage Grove <br />f Avenue, with. a 51 higher pole.O.K. To be a joint pole with the Chicago South Bend & <br />Northern Indiana Street Car Company. <br />Also to set o-351 pole on the property line be— <br />tween 923 and 925 Portage Avenue on the east side of Cottage Grove, about 125t south of <br />the corner of Quincy and Cottage Grove Avenues. <br />Poles recommended by the Pole and Wire Inspector and the Board, approved of the <br />same, to the Central Union Telephone Company. <br />Permission granted to set one 30 foot C pole on the south side of Kalarama <br />f Street in the alley between N. St. Louis and Tunrock Streets. <br />
