Tuesday Februa <br />. , lc,14. <br />Board met in regular session at 10:00 A.M. All members present_, <br />Bids for incandescent lights received and the opening of same deferred <br />✓ until Tuesday February 24th.,1914 at 10:00 A.M. <br />Bids received for the Burial tent for the City Cemetery . The opening of <br />same deferred until evening session of February 17th.,1914 at 7:45 P.M. <br />Mr. Doddridge and Mr. Y�yser appeared before the Board in regard to <br />petition now on file for grade, curb and walk on Logan Street from Scott Street to <br />Leland Avenue. The Board instructed the adoresaid petitioners that they secure more <br />��gner�s' before they could act on the petition for the above named improvement. <br />Mr. Thad. Talcott,Jr. appeared before the Board in regard to Leer Street <br />Trunk sewer. In regard to the same the aforesaid Mr. Talcott was notified to submit <br />a price for the easement across his property,which he agreed to do. <br />Petitioners appeared before the Board in regard to Cottage Grove Avenue <br />pavement.' The Clerk was ordered to deliver to the petitioners the petition now on <br />file also the remonstrance and they were to solicit more property owners as sigmers. <br />Mr. Huey appeared before the Board in regard to the condemnation of Huey <br />Street. In this matter the Board decided to appoint appraisers to value the lands <br />to be appropriated. <br />Bids were received and opened for Grade curb and walks on Various Streets <br />✓ in the City of South Bend, Indiana under Improvement Resolution No. 294. The same <br />were referred to the City Engineer for tabulation. <br />Report of advisory appraisers on Williem Street Condemnation read and <br />placed on file as follows: — <br />TO THE HONORABLE BOARD OF PUBLIC <br />WORES9 <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND,INTDIANA. <br />Gentlemen: — <br />Complying with your request to appraise certain properties in the City of <br />South Bend, we the undersigned appraisers hereby report the following valuations: <br />59 X 199 feet on W.
