manual footage counter. <br />The hose reel shall be hydraulically powered in both directions. <br />It must have a full complement of controls for operating the <br />hydraulic motor incorporating a flow device to regulate the <br />rotational speed in both directions. <br />Manufacturer shall supply all additional equipment required to <br />make the hose wind properly on the reel, including hose <br />tensioning devises, if required. <br />Electrical <br />The entire electrical system shall be vapor sealed to eliminate <br />q�o <br />System: <br />moisture damage to NEMA 4 (National Electrical Manufacture <br />Association) standards. <br />All electrical connections shall require no exposed wires or <br />terminals. <br />All light bulbs shall be shock mounted to eliminate bulb failure. <br />All wiring shall be color coded and stamped to its function and <br />run in sealed terminal boxes. <br />Hydraulic <br />The hydraulic reservoir shall have a minimum �O gallon 76 <br />Onyq—o <br />System: <br />capacity. Required dual hydraulic system capable to operate a <br />hydraulic jack hammer, in addition to main machine functions. <br />Vendor to supply information describing all components of the <br />system including capacities. The hose <br />will have a smooth interior bore created by the heat annealing <br />and mandrel manufacturing process that is wrapped with high <br />tensile, braided cording, and additional layered and molecularly <br />bonded coating that is abrasion and cut resistant. The hose will <br />have a minimum 4" bend radius and high kink resistance <br />because of its fabrication, 600 feet of hose to be included, along <br />with 20 feet of leader hose. <br />Fourjet nozzles will come furnished with the unit.
