30 degree sanitary 80 G.P.M. nozzle <br />"Duck Bill" culvert nozzle for 15" to 60" lines 80 G.P.M. <br />Two nozzle supports are to be furnished with unit. I" diameter <br />narrow 12" and a one inch diameter wide 20". <br />Lights: <br />All lighting to be LED type. In addition to all lights <br />"E NO <br />customarily provided with this type of equipment, strobe lights <br />are to be mounted, one on the rear of the debris body and one <br />on cab guard in front of debris body. An arrow is to be <br />mounted on the highest point poss ib le on the rear debris door. <br />Mirror mounted strobe lights and mid -body work lights to be <br />included. <br />Boom to be equipped with two spot lights for operation at <br />night. <br />A hand held spot light is to be provided powered by chassis, 12 <br />volt system with plug in at the operators station. <br />Maintenance: <br />All bearings, bushings, pivot points and boom to be greased by <br />0 <br />the operator from ground level. <br />Mounting: <br />Unit bid will be mounted on an approved truck chassis at the <br />CE <br />factory of the body manufacturer. Shall include a tool box as <br />specified by the City, located behind the cab, 48" long x 22" <br />deep, 10" tall, with a 24" long x 22" deep 1. 0" tall box on top. <br />Both shall have fold down doors. <br />Parts & Service: <br />Due to the type of work this equipment will perform, down <br />kESNO <br />time must be kept to a minimum. Accordingly, parts and <br />service must be available as listed below: <br />Parts must be shipped within 48 hours of notification <br />(excluding weekends and holidays) or they are not charged to <br />the City, <br />Service and repair at the City's facilities from the manufacturer <br />must be available within twenty-four (24) hours of notification <br />to the manufacturer, excluding weekends and holiday. <br />Factory authorized service location with stock parts must be <br />provided by the manufacturer. <br />Two copies each of operational, parts and repair manuals shall <br />be provided. Any available technical date sheets shall also be <br />provided, and two sets of line tickets shall be furnished on the <br />truck. <br />Safety: <br />Operator station d13 level not to exceed 90 dB. Unit to include <br />safety cone holder. <br />Warranties: <br />The equipment furnisbed pursuant to these specifications shall <br />I LEDO <br />Ver. 2 — March 2018 <br />
