I . Vendor provides onsite user training for all officers assigned a camera and administrator <br />training for all body camera administrative personnel. PROPOSAL REQUIREMENTS <br />The proposal shall provide information necessary for the SBPD to evaluate the qualifications, <br />experience, and expertise of the vendor and sub consultants to perform the work required or supply <br />the equipment in the Scope of Work. <br />The Vendor is to make a written proposal which presents an understanding of the work to be <br />performed. The proposal should demonstrate and provide evidence that the Vendor has the <br />capabilities, professional expertise, and experience to provide the necessary equipment and/or <br />services as described in this RFP. The Vendor shall ensure that all information required herein <br />is submitted with the proposal. All information provided should be verifiable by documentation <br />requested by the SBPD. Failure to provide all information, inaccuracy or misstatement may be <br />sufficient cause for rejection of the proposal. <br />L I <br />&ILLUAILM UE ILIL LQbIIRA!Cl; The City may terminate any agreement resulting <br />from this solicitation at any time, for any reason or for no reason, upon thirty days advance <br />written notice to the Vendor. In the event of such termination the Vendor shall be compensated <br />for services and work performed prior to termination. If the City does elect to terminate this <br />agreement for any reason, the Vendor shall repurchase any unused product from the City at the <br />invoiced price which the City paid. <br />
