7. Submit Preliminary Plans and Estimate of Probable Construction Costs to the Owner for <br />review. <br />8. Conduct a review meeting with the Owner to receive Preliminary Plan comments. <br />B. Final Plan Development shall be developed by the Engineer after Owner review of the <br />Preliminary Plan submission. The Engineer shall complete the following items; <br />1. Revise plans from review and received Owner comments. <br />2. Finalize Title and Index Sheet(s) <br />3. Finalize Typical Sections <br />4. Finalize Plan and Profile Sheets <br />5. Finalize Major Construction Details and prepare additional details <br />6. Develop Erosion Control Plans <br />7. Develop Wayfinding Details <br />8. Refine and finalize Quantities Calculations <br />9. Update Construction Estimate of Probable Construction Costs <br />10. Develop project Special Provisions <br />11. Submit Final Plans and Estimate of Probable Construction Costs to the Owner for review. <br />12. Conduct a review meeting with the Owner to receive Final Plan comments. <br />C. Bidding Documents shall be prepared by the Engineer after acceptance by the Owner of Final <br />Plans, revised Estimate of Probable Construction Costs, and any other deliverables subject to <br />any Owner -directed modifications or changes in the scope, extent, character, or design <br />requirements of or for the Project, and upon written authorization from Owner, Engineer shall: <br />1. Revise plans from review and received Owner comments. <br />2. Prepare finalized Drawings and Special Provisions indicating the scope, extent, and character <br />of the Work to be performed and furnished by Contractor. If appropriate, Special Provisions <br />shall conform to the Owner Standard Specification and other cited governing Standard <br />Specifications. <br />a.
