<br />In the above matter a remonstrators appeared and a remonstrance was filed.
<br />The Board therefore find in eaeh and every ease in said improvement that the benefits to
<br />the property and to the City of South Bend are equal to the estimated cost of said improvement
<br />Resolved by the Board that Improvement Resolution No. 257 for grade, curb and walk on Corby
<br />Street from East end of said street as platted and lead out in Morey's Add. to Yhlah Street
<br />be modified to read as follows:- Grade and curb on both sides of said street and walk on the
<br />north side only, and the spume is hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved.
<br />Resolved further that notices be published on the 18th.2 day of June,
<br />1913 and on the 25th.3, day of June1913 in the South Bend Daily News -Times, stating that this
<br />Board will receive bids for the construction of said improvements up to 10:00 A.M, on the
<br />Sth. , day of July,1913. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids.

<br />Harris Street from Ford Street to North line of the G.T. Ry. Cots Right of way. In the City
<br />of South Bend, Indiana.

<br />filed. The Board therefore find in each and every ease in said improvement that the ben@-
