52 ✓Declaratory hearing given on Improvement Resolution No* for pavement on 'Lindner St., From Mic`tigsen Avenue to La Porte Averme. In the City of South Bend, Indiana. S In the above matter no remonstrator appeared and.no remonstrances were filed.- The Board therefore find. in each and every ease in said improvements, that the benefits to the property and to the City of South Bend are equal to the estimated cost of said improvements and the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved.
