Board met in special session at 7:45 P.M. All members present. Declaratory hearing given on Improvement Resolution No.- 266 for grs:d.e, curb and walk on Niles Avenue from Howard Street to St. Vincent Street, In thecity'-6r South Bend, Indiana. In the above matter a rftonstra;tor'appeared, abutno'remonStra;n0e was filed.' The Board therefore find in each and every ease in said improvement that the benefits to the property and to the City of South Bend are equal to the estimated cost of said improvement. Resolved by the Board that improvement Resolution No. 266 for grade, curb and walk on Niles Avenue from Howard Street to St. -Vincent Street be modified to rend as follows: Grade and curb on both sides of said. Street and Walk on the East side of said Street only, and the same is hereby -in all things ratified, confirmed and .approved.
