<br />Resolved by the -Board of Public Works of,the City ,of South Bens
<br />County of Ste, Joseph, State of Indlani. That the construction of a local sewer, intended
<br />and adapted only for local use by the property holders whose property abuts thereon,
<br />and not intenft-t -or eft��d - for recoving sewerage from collateral brains, be and the
<br />same is hereb cierde ed -in _gnc along Fordd Street from Olive Street to Meade Street as
<br />follows, to wit:.
<br />Beginning at the int4rsection of the center line of Olive Street and
<br />Ford street; thence west along the center line of Ford Street to -a point 100 feet
<br />east of the east line of Meade Street with a 10 inch vitrified pipe sewer, together
<br />with the necessary iAnhole's, storm water inlets, conduits and house connections to the
<br />curb line along the lire of' said improvement, all as thoii:nre particularly shown and all
