<br />Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City or South Bend,
<br />County of St. Te*ph, State of Indiana, That the e0astruction of a local sewer,
<br />intended and adapted only for local use by the property holders whose property
<br />abets thereon,,and not intended or adapted for receiving sewerage from collected
<br />drains aunt be and the same is hereby ordered in and along Webster Street from
<br />Indiana Avenue to Prairie Avenue to -wit: -
<br />Beginning at - the Intersection of the,.
<br />center line of Indiana Avenue and Webster Street; thence south along Ike center
<br />line of Webster Street to the center line of Dubail Avenue with 12 inch vitrified
<br />pipe sewer; thence still south along the center line of Webster Street to a point
<br />90 feet north of the north line of Pralrle Avenue with a 10 inch vitrified pipe
<br />sewer, together with the necessary manholes, storm water -inlets, conduits and
<br />house connections to the, curb line along the line of said improvement, all as is
<br />more particularly shown and all in accordance with the plans, proflies, detail
<br />drawings and specification s on file in the Orfice of the Department of 'Public.
