<br />Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the Ci-Cy of South Bend,
<br />County of St. Joseph, State of TA44-ana, That the construction of a local sewer,
<br />intended and adapted for Jocal. use by the property holders whose property abuts
<br />thereon; and not intended or adapted for receivng sewerage from collateral drains
<br />be and the same4s�,-haae t 7-,ordered in and along Monroe Street from Olive Street
<br />to Kaley Street, as follows, topwit:-:
<br />Beginning at the intersection of the cener
<br />line of Meade greet and Monto a Street; thence west along the center line of. -
<br />Monroe , Street "to Ahe center line -of Raley'itreet with a 15 inch vitrified pipe
<br />sewer, Also.:`,Beginning at the center line of Meade Street andiMonroe Street;

<br />necessary to improve California Street, from Lawndale Avenue ito Sahcome Avenue
