<br />STREET OR ALLEY IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO.T 1147
<br />Be it Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South;.Bend,
<br />St. Joseph County, State of Indiana, that it is des;red and deemed necesary to improve
<br />Kosciuszko Street from Division Street t,o Ford Street as follows, towsit
<br />Said street
<br />shall be graded and the roadway.thereof shall be paved, and also the roadway of certain
<br />portions of the streets and alleys which enter or intersect said street shall be
<br />graded and paved. The paving material to be used iii, making said improvement shall be
<br />Sheet, asphalt, bit,ulithic asphaltic concrete, Brick `or Portland cement concrete pavement
<br />seven (7) inches thick, and the'foundation-shall be Portland cement concrete six (6)
<br />inches thick for the sheet,asphaltl, bitulithie, asp altie•conerete and brick, or rolled
<br />gravel six (6). inches .thick fortthe brick, :;also cement curb shall be constructed along
<br />aid street where same is`necessary 'and not, already constructed, manholes, storm water
<br />inlets and conduits shall 'be °constructed where necessary all manhole . tops and storm
<br />water inlets shall be set, to the property grade, cement marginal curb shall be -constructed
<br />at all street and alley intersections where necessary, all as is more particularly shown a
<br />and all in accordaned with the plans, profiles, detail drawings and specifications on
<br />file in the office of the Department of Public Works of the City of South Bend,
