<br />Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend,
<br />County of St. Joseph, State of Indiana, That the construction of a local sewer, intended
<br />and adapted only for local use by the property holders whose property abuts thereon,
<br />and note intended or adopted for receiving sewerage from collateral drains be and the same
<br />is hereby ordered in and along California Street from Lawndale Avenue ' to Sancome Aveme
<br />as follows, totwit:-
<br />Beginning at the intersection of the center line of California
<br />Street and Lawndale Avenue; thence west along the center,line of California Ave nue to the
<br />center line of Sancome Avenue with a 12 inch vitrified pipe sewer, together with the
<br />necessary m%nholes, st,orli w�ter inlets, conduits and house connections to the curb line

<br />Resolved.,by-the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend,
<br />St. Joseph County, State of Indiana, That it is deemed necessary to improve Sancome Avenue,
<br />from Van Buren Street to' California Avenue as follows, towwit,:_
<br />Said avenue shall be graded
<br />fron property line to Droperty,line to the established grade, and cement, sidewalk and cemen
<br />curb shall be constructed on both sides of said Sancome Avenue. All as is more part,icularl
