<br />the City of South Bend, Indiana.
<br />.Upon said hearing no remonstrators appeared and.no written
<br />remonstrance was filed The Board being fully advised in the premises, decides
<br />that the benefits to property liable to be assessed for said improvement are
<br />equal to the estimated cost *f the same, as reported'by the Gittr Civil Engineer,
<br />and thereupon takes final action on said reiialutioni�as.�ariginally adopted and
<br />the same is hereby in all things, ratified, confirmed and approved.
<br />Resolved further, that notices be published on the 30th. day of
<br />March 1923 and on the 6th. day of April. 1923' in the South Bend Rewa Times and
<br />Tribune, stating that this Board will gceeive -1bdd§!,f9r4;thh;. construction of said
<br />improvement up to 10:00 A.M. Tuesday April 11th., 1923 at 10:00 A.M. The Board
<br />reserves the right to reeject any and all bids.
<br />Hearing had on resolution for pavement on Fox Street from
<br />Miami Street to East line of High Street, under Improvement Resolution No. 1113
<br />In the City Of South Bend, Indiana.
<br />Upon said hearing no remonstrators appeared and no written
<br />remonstrance was filed. The Board being fully advised in the premises, decides
<br />that the benefits to property liable to be assessed for said improvement are
<br />equal to the estimated cost of the same, as reported by the City.Civil Engineer,
<br />and thereupon takes final action on said resolution as originally adopted, and
<br />the same is hereby, in all things, ratified, confirmed and approved.

<br />Upon said hearing remonstrators appeared but no written
<br />remonstrance filed. The B o4rd after hearing property wrners presentaft decided
<br />to defer hearing until Wednesday Xpril 4th., 1923 at 7:15 P.M.
<br />Hearing had on improvement Resolution No. 1109 for the
<br />Pavement can Marine Street from Dayton Street to Indiana Avenue, in the City of
<br />South Bend, Indiana.
<br />Upon said hearing no remonstrators appeared and no written
<br />remonstrance was filed. The Board being fully advised in the premises , decides
<br />that thr benefits to property liable to he assessed for said improvementare
<br />equal to the estimated cost of the same, as reported by the City•Civil Engineer,
<br />and thereupon takes final action`on said resolution as°originally adoptadq and
<br />the sane is hereby i n all things, ratified, confirmed and approved.

<br />remonstrance was filed. The Board being fully advisee] in the premises, decides
<br />that the benefits to property liabel to be assessed for said improvement are equu
<br />equal to the estimated cost of the same as reported by the City Civil Engineer,
<br />and thereupon takes final action on said -resolution as originally adopted and
<br />the same is hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and spproved.
