Board met in'regular session at 7:15 P.M. All members present.
<br />Hearing had on resolution for pavement on Lafayette Street from
<br />Marwuette Avenue to Wakewa Avenue, also Marquette Avenue from Lafayette Street to
<br />Iroquois Street, also Wak ewa Avenue from Lafayette Street to Iroquois Street, under
<br />Improvement Resolution No. 1111. In the City of South Bend, Indiana.
<br />In the above matter no remonstratprs appeared and no written remon-
<br />trance was filed. And the Board being fully advised in the premises; decides that,
<br />the.benefits to property liabbi to be assessed for said improvement are equal to the
<br />stimated cost of the same,A4 reported by the City Civil Engineer, and thereupon takes
<br />final action on said resolution as originally adopted and the saine'`is hereby in all
<br />things, ratified, confirmed and approved.
<br />Resolved further , that notices be published on the 30th. day of
<br />March 1923 and on'the 6th. day of April 1923 in the South -Bend, News Times and Tribune
<br />in said City, stating that this Board will receive bids.for the construction of said
<br />improvement up to 10:00 A.M. Tuesday April 17th., 1923 The Board reserves the
<br />right to reject any and all bids.

<br />Sample Street to Ewing Avenue, under Improvement Resolution No. 1107. In the City of
<br />South Bend,, Indiana.
<br />Upon said hearing no remonstrators appeared and no written remon-
<br />strance was filed. The Board being fully advised in.�the premises, decides that the
<br />benefits to -property liabll to be assessed for said improvement are equal to the
<br />estimated cast of 'the same, as reported by the City Civil Engineer, and thereupon
<br />takes final -action on said resolution as originally adopted and the same is hereby in
<br />all things ratified, confirmed and approved, J

<br />strance was filed. The Board being fully `advised in the premises, decides that the
<br />benefits to property liable to be assessed.for said Improvement are equal to the
<br />estimated cost of the same. as'r�ported by the City civil Engineer, and thereupon takes
