At the intersection of Sample Street and the <br />tracks of said railroad the grade of said street from a point one hun- <br />dred and thirty (130) feet east of the present east line of Fellows. <br />Street, to the easterly line of the right of way of said railroad shall <br />be depressed six and thirty six hundredths (6.36) feet below the top of <br />the south rail of the west bound main track at said intersection as <br />now maintained; the elevation of said rail being 67.27 when referred <br />to South Bend datum and 152.48 when referred to Ylew York Central datum; <br />clearance shall be fourteen (14) feet between the surface -of the street._ <br />as fixed ebove and the bottom of the superstructure over said strut.. <br />The grade of the approach of said street west from the grades established <br />abeve at --the point one hundred and thirty (130) feet past of �he.'prOsent <br />line of Pillows Street, shall be an ascending grade of two (2) feet to <br />each one hundred (100) feet until it intersects the present grade of <br />Fellows Street as fixed above except that vertical curves sixty (60) <br />feet in length shall be provided at the upper and lower ends of the <br />grade, and.the grade of Sample Street west of the west line of,Fell©ws <br />Street shall be an ascending grade of two (2) feet to each one hu d"red <br />(100) feet until it intersects the present grade of Sample Street except <br />that vertical curves sixty (60) feet in length shall be provid:ed`s,t the <br />upper and, lower ends of the grade.
