" J REGULAR MEETING JUNE 15, 1981 BLOCK PARTY APPROVED- 1300& 1400 BLOCKS MATTHEWS LANE A report was submitted from Mr. Ralph J. Wadzin.ski, Manager of the Bureau of Traffic and Lighting, recommending approval of the request of Veronica S. Mueller for a block party in the 1300 & 1400 blocks of Matthews Lane on Sunday; June 28, 1981, from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Upon a_motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the block party was approved. APPROVAL OF TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the following traffic control devices were approved as recommended by Mr. Ralph J. Wadzinski, Manager of the Bureau of Traffic and Lighting: INSTALLATION OF NO PARKING 6PM - 6AM - 609 W. Indiana INSTALL HANDICAPPED PARKING - W. side of Lafayette from Park Lane to LaMonte Terrace (temporary, for June 17, 1981, in conjunction with "International Year of the Disabled" function held at the park). APPROVE ENVIRONMENTAL CLEAN -UP OF LOTS A request from the Neighborhood Code Enforcement Office was received for permission to have city environmental crews clean the following lots within the city: Lot N. of 624 N. O'Brien Lot N..of 624 N. O'Brien (5 -B) Lot S. of 806 N. O'Brien 1145 N. Olive Lot W. of 1210 E. Sorin 1213 Van Buren Lot E. 607 Angela Lot behind 2427 S. Brookfield 228 E. Dayton 622 E. Dayton 826 E. Dayton 1319 W. Dubail 1805 S. Fellows 1808 Florence 1816 Florence 822 E. Milton 719 N. O'Brien 725 E. Ohio Lot S. 1711 N. Olive 118 E. Pennsylvania 210 E. Pennsylvania 214 E. Pennsylvania Lot at Williams & old South St. NW cor. Williams S. from 519 533- 31- 23 -21 -19 S..William 1314 E. Chalfant 1943 N. Huey 1225 King 1907 S. Lafayette N.W. corner of Main & Tutt 322 W. Upon a motion made by Mr. Hill, seconded by Mr. Leszczynski and carried, the request was approved. APPROVAL OF HANDICAPPED PARKING PERMITS Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Kernan and carried, the following handicapped parking permits were approved and referred to the Deputy Controller's Office for issuance: Lowell D.
